01Who installs electrical systems for data centres in Ireland, the UK and Europe?
SA3 Power is a specialist electrical contractor for data centres and critical infrastructure, delivering Low Voltage (LV) installations, Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, cable containment, and electrical testing and commissioning across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. We have a workforce of over 200 operatives across eight locations.
03Do you offer offsite prefabrication for data centre projects?
Yes. SA3 Power operates an office and prefabrication facility in Amsterdam (opened June 2024) and an offsite manufacturing facility in Frankfurt (opened March 2025), producing modular containment and electrical assemblies before they reach site. This shortens installation time, improves quality control and reduces on-site labour. More on offsite manufacturing.
05Can you provide temporary power on a data centre build as well as the permanent installation?
Yes. Alongside permanent LV, ELV and containment works, our site services team provides temporary power distribution, site lighting, CCTV and barriers, EHS site management and welfare during the build. See Temporary Site Services.
07What accreditations does SA3 Power hold?

09How do you manage safety on data centre sites?
Safety is built into every stage of our work, from planning and permits through installation, testing and handover. Our EHS record is regularly recognised by clients, including TSL’s “Zero is Possible” Safety Award and multiple Mercury EHS Sub-contractor of the Month awards.
11How quickly can you mobilise a team?
Fast. With a workforce of 200+ operatives across Ireland, the UK and Europe, we can mobilise experienced teams quickly and scale up or down as your programme demands.
02What ELV systems do you install?
Extra Low Voltage systems supporting security, alarms, monitoring equipment, communications networks and access control — integrated with the wider building and facility management systems.
04Which data centre projects has SA3 Power worked on?
Projects include data centre electrical fit-out across the Frankfurt region, Germany, and site services on data centres in Paris and in Slough, London. SA3 Power received the TSL Safety Award (July 2025) on the Data4 project. See our projects.
06Which standards do your data centre installations meet?
Installations are designed, installed and certified to BS 7671 in the UK and I.S. 10101 in the Republic of Ireland, delivered by an NICEIC Approved and Safe Electric registered contractor, and tested and commissioned before handover.
08Where do you deliver data centre projects?
Across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe — including Germany, the Netherlands and France — with offices in Northern Ireland, London, Amsterdam and Frankfurt.
10Do you work directly for main contractors?
Yes. We work alongside Tier 1 main contractors and data centre clients including Mercury, CBRE, Jones Engineering, TSL, JLL and Sisk, as part of their delivery teams on fast-paced programmes.
12Do you work in live, operational data centres as well as new builds?
Yes. We deliver electrical installations on new-build data centres and within live, operational facilities, working to site permit and access procedures so critical systems stay running.
