How we deliver data centre fit-out
Data centre fit-outs run to tight, sequenced programmes, with many trades sharing the same halls, corridors and plant areas. Electrical installation sits on the critical path: containment has to be in before cable pulls, distribution has to be ready in time for testing, and every circuit has to be documented for commissioning.

On this new Frankfurt data centre, our installation teams worked to the main contractor’s programme and site rules, with SA3 Power supervisors coordinating our work areas day to day. Safety documentation, Toolbox Talks and Safety Observation Reports are part of every shift on our sites — the same approach that has earned SA3 Power repeated safety recognition on data centre projects in the Frankfurt region.
Our offsite manufacturing facility in Frankfurt adds another option. Containment, cable tray and ladder assemblies and modular electrical assemblies can be built, checked and labelled in a controlled workshop, then delivered to site ready to install — reducing rework and time on the critical path.
