We do, as part of the package. In the Republic of Ireland that means ESB Networks and a Safe Electric registered contractor; in Northern Ireland, NIE Networks and NICEIC; elsewhere, the relevant DNO or network operator.

Each has its own documentation, certification route and lead time. Getting the application right first time is the single biggest schedule saver available on a temporary installation.

It always does. Temporary installations are designed to be sectioned and extended — distribution added as floors come on line, supplies relocated as the structure closes in, capacity scaled where a phase is brought forward.

Build that into the contract at the start and a change becomes a variation on a known rate rather than a renegotiation.

Yes. We provide project office and temporary accommodation buildings, facilities management of construction-phase temporary buildings, project canteen and welfare provision, fire safety deployment, project medical and wellbeing services, and temporary environmental control systems — all fed from the same temporary power installation.

Yes. SA3 Power provides EHS site management, including temporary fire alarms, safety and wayfinding signage, and barriers, alongside fire safety deployment and ongoing testing, inspection and maintenance of the temporary installation.

We have supported major developments alongside contractors including Mercury, TSL, CBRE and Jones Engineering, delivering site services on complex, fast-paced projects — particularly data centres, commercial developments and industrial facilities. Yes. We can service projects anywhere in the Republic of Ireland – including Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway – for construction, data centre, commercial and industrial developments.

Yes. From our London office at 86-90 Paul Street we support projects in London and across Great Britain, including site services on data centre projects in Slough. We manage applications with the relevant DNO and install to BS 7671.

To the task, not to a blanket figure. General circulation, access routes and stairs, and detailed work areas all carry different requirements, and the design has to account for the structure changing shape around it.

Scope covers task lighting, safety and escape lighting, external and hoarding lighting, and repositioning as the build progresses.

Correct sizing first — a generator running at low load burns fuel for nothing. Beyond that: getting onto the grid supply as early as the programme allows, LED throughout, Stage V or HVO-capable sets where generators are needed, and battery storage to take the peaks.

Then metering, so consumption is visible during the build rather than arriving as a line on an invoice at the end of the month.

Yes. SA3 Power handles CCTV and barrier set-up as part of initial site set-up, site-wide security packages including access control, and security fencing as part of our enabling works. Because we also install the temporary electrics, the power supplies for security infrastructure are designed in from day one rather than added later.

Yes. Our site logistics services include traffic marshalling and delivery coordination, delivery management systems and central vehicle guidance, material laydown planning and management, site roads and pedestrian walkway planning, safe workforce access routes, and project safety and wayfinding signage.

Yes. SA3 Power works regularly in Dublin, providing temporary site power and site services for main contractors, developers and data centre clients – construction power, temporary distribution, site lighting, CCTV and barrier set-up, EHS site management and welfare facilities.

We manage ESB Networks temporary connection applications and install to I.S. 10101 as a Safe Electric registered contractor.

Yes. Our head office is in Cookstown, and we deliver temporary site power and site services in Belfast and across Northern Ireland, handling NIE Networks connections and installing to BS 7671 as an NICEIC Approved Contractor.
