Supporting emerging talent
The Rising Star of the Year award recognises emerging professionals in County Tyrone who are making an impact early in their careers and showing strong potential for the future.
Founded and headquartered in Kildress, County Tyrone, SA3 Power now delivers electrical and temporary power projects for data centres and mission-critical facilities across Ireland, the UK and Europe. Much of that growth has been driven by people who joined the company early in their careers, which makes the category a natural fit.
Investing in people
Creating opportunities for the next generation of talent is a priority for the business, giving people across the region the chance to build rewarding careers close to home. Find out more about SA3 Power.

About the Tyrone Business Awards
The Tyrone Business Awards celebrate businesses and individuals across County Tyrone. 2026 is the first year of the awards, which are run in partnership with WeAreTyrone and local titles the Ulster Herald, Tyrone Herald and Strabane Chronicle.
Why early-career talent matters
Skilled people are one of the biggest constraints on growth in construction and engineering. Recognising emerging professionals helps show young people across the county that ambitious, international careers can be built close to home, and encourages employers to keep investing in the next generation.
