Our number one priority at SA3 is ensuring the health and safety of our customers, employees and the public.
SA3 is committed to the prevention of accidents through the operation of a safety management system that prioritises risk assessment, planning, efficient control strategies, and good communication. We believe that through these steps, all accidents are avoidable. This is an area that we strongly focus on as no matter how effective we are, this can always be improved.
Quality
We invest serious time into our internal management systems. Our quality management systems encompass all policies, standard operating procedures, flow charts and forms. We are constantly working towards obtaining our ISO9001 to make sure our quality management systems meet the requirements needed. Everybody from Directors to Electricians recognise the importance of quality control in the efficient and profitable organisation of its activities and believe that high standards of quality are an integral part of an effective organisation providing its clients with a quality service. We always aim to provide quality work and services based on project drawings and clients’ needs on every project large or small scale.
Environment
Through our input in the design stage, we advise clients on systems that offer the most energy efficient approach and the least impact on the external environment in which they operate. Educating employees on simple methods of reducing our carbon footprint and saving energy is frequently addressed in team meetings on each project. We are actively working towards obtaining our ISO14001 to state that we meet all the requirements for this certificate. This ensures we meet regulatory, contract and social obligations regarding our potential environmental impact. Environmental Management on each project is through the development of Environmental Plans, pollution prevention measures and Regular on-site inspections.
Suppliers
A key part of our performance and the quality of our jobs is based on the supplies we use. We manage some very large and complex projects and our supply chain is an invaluable resource to our clients. Successful relationship management with our supply chain is fundamental to the delivery of all our projects. We are always focused on working with the best performing suppliers and subcontractors.
