SA3 is committed to the prevention of accidents through the operation of a safety management system that prioritises risk assessment, planning, efficient control strategies, and good communication. We believe that through these steps, all accidents are avoidable. This is an area that we strongly focus on as no matter how effective we are, this can always be improved.
Our safety management system is based on many years’ experience in the electrical construction industry. This system has been developed in pursuit of obtaining ISO45001. We have recently extended our team through hiring a new HSEQ Officer to look after all Health and safety aspects of our company and focus on the pursuit of obtaining ISO45001.
At SA3 our main objective is to work with our clients as an integrated team, to earn and achieve profitable growth and success through our commitment to delivering projects safety, on schedule, and at a competitive price while never sacrificing quality.
By continuing to deliver quality projects safely, in a timely manner; our vision is that we will be maintained as a preferred electrical service provider to our existing customer base, while also continuing to expand with new customers by keeping the same commitment to each project, therefore maintaining our reputation as a preferred provider across data centres and the electrical construction market.
At SA3 we comply at a minimum, with all applicable legislation and continually improve our Health and Safety standards. We ensure that our company, and clients provide the safest workplace possible for all employees and sub- contractors by aiming to make available all necessary safety devices, protective equipment and proper tools to work with. We only employ persons who are competent for the work in which they are engaged, while also providing training, instruction and high levels of supervision to enable employees to perform their work safely and effectively. We ensure that our employees and sub-contractors are aware of and implement the company’s Health and Safety Policies, and work in a safe manner as mandated by law and best practice. On the other hand employees in our company must recognise that they have responsibilities for their own health and safety and that their activities can impact on the Health and Safety of others. Accordingly, we require our employees to always comply with the company’s safety policy and procedures to provide a safe working environment.
